Most PKR Spin login problems come from five causes: a wrong password, an OTP that does not arrive, an old domain, an outdated app, or a locked account. Find the exact message you see below, try that fix, and only contact support if the fix does not work.

1. Wrong password message
Start by tapping the eye icon in the password box to see what you actually typed. Phones often add a capital letter at the start or a space at the end without you noticing. Chrome may also fill in an old saved password from a different account.

2. OTP code not arriving
OTP delays are the second most common complaint. Before you request another code, go through this list, because asking for many codes in a row can block new ones for a few minutes.
- Wait a full 60 seconds before tapping resend.
- Check the number on screen, digit by digit.
- Make sure you have mobile signal, not only WiFi.
- Delete old messages if your SMS inbox is full.
- Turn airplane mode on and off, or restart the phone.
- If you use two SIMs, check the slot of the registered number.
If no code arrives after 15 minutes, try again later in the day. OTP systems on these platforms sometimes slow down during busy hours.
3. “Account does not exist”
This means the number you entered is not linked to any account. Many people have two or three SIMs and forget which one they used. Try each one. If none work, you probably never completed sign up, and you can create a new account. Do not create a second account if you already have one, since duplicate accounts are often blocked together.
4. Login page will not open
When the page shows a blank screen, “site can’t be reached” or a strange design, the domain has most likely changed. Open the current official link from this page: pkrspin38.vip. If it still will not load, switch between WiFi and mobile data, and clear Chrome’s cache for the site from Settings, Privacy, Clear browsing data.
5. Logged in, then logged out again
Getting kicked out a few seconds after logging in usually means one of two things. Either the app is outdated and needs the newest APK, or the account is logged in somewhere else. If you did not log in on another phone, change your password right away. Someone else may have it.
6. Account locked or frozen
A short lock after wrong passwords usually clears on its own in about 30 minutes. A frozen account is different. It can happen during a review, after unusual activity, or when the platform suspects duplicate accounts. Only PKR Spin can unfreeze it.
Open customer service inside the app or website and send your registered number, a screenshot of the message, and the date the problem started. Keep it short and clear. Avoid sending the same message ten times, since that only slows replies.
7. Lost or changed phone number
If you still know your password, you can log in normally without the old SIM. If you need a password reset, the OTP goes to the registered number, so get a duplicate SIM from your network’s franchise first. This is the most reliable way back in.

Why does PKR Spin say my password is wrong?
Usually a typo, the Caps key, or a saved password from an old account. Tap the eye icon to check what you typed. If it still fails, use Forgot Password and set a new one with the OTP code.
Why am I not getting the PKR Spin OTP?
Weak signal, a full SMS inbox, a number typed in the wrong format, or requesting codes too quickly. Wait 60 seconds, check the number, clear some messages, and restart your phone before trying again.
My PKR Spin account is locked. What should I do?
Wait 30 minutes if it was locked after wrong passwords. If it stays locked or shows frozen, contact customer service from inside the app with your registered number and screenshots.
I lost the SIM I registered with. Can I still log in?
If you remember the password, yes. If you need a reset, you need the OTP on that number, so get a duplicate SIM from your network first. Customer service may help in some cases, but it is not guaranteed.
Is it safe to let someone else fix my login?
No. Anyone who asks for your password, OTP or wallet PIN to fix your account can empty it. Only the platform's own in-app support can unlock an account.
