Error: “App not installed”
Android shows this message when it cannot install the APK file. There are three usual causes, and each has a quick fix.
Old version conflict
An older PKR Spin app is already installed. Uninstall it first, then install the new file. Your balance is safe on your account.
Broken download
The file did not finish downloading. Delete it from Downloads and download it again on a stable connection.
Not enough space
Free up at least 200 MB. Clear WhatsApp media or unused apps, then try again.

App opens to a blank or white screen
A blank screen usually means the app cannot reach the server. That happens after a domain change when the app still points to the old address. Install the newest APK from the official site. In the meantime, use the website, which always runs on the current address.

Force stop the app
Go to Settings, Apps, PKR Spin, then tap Force stop.

On the same screen open Storage and tap Clear cache. Do not tap Clear data unless the first fix fails.

Games stuck on loading
Games inside PKR Spin are streamed from outside game providers, so they need a stronger connection than the lobby. If one game keeps spinning on the loading screen, open a different game. If others work, only that provider is having trouble. If none load, switch from WiFi to mobile data or the other way around, and close video apps running in the background.
Deposit or withdraw page not loading
Payment pages often open a separate window. Make sure your browser allows pop-ups for the site, and keep your Easypaisa or JazzCash app updated. If the payment page fails during busy evening hours, try again later instead of tapping pay many times, which can create duplicate requests. “Network error” on WiFi only
Some WiFi networks, especially office, hostel and some home routers with filtering, block gaming domains. If PKR Spin works on mobile data but not on WiFi, that is the reason. Use mobile data for the app.
When the platform itself is down
Sometimes nothing you do will help, because the platform is under maintenance or moving to a new domain. Signs of this are the website and app both failing on every network while other sites work normally. Wait a few hours and check this page for an updated link. Do not use “new link” messages sent by strangers during these times, since that is exactly when fake copies spread.
