Getting the name right
Payment systems compare the name you enter with the name on the wallet. Small differences can cause trouble. If Easypaisa shows “MUHAMMAD ALI KHAN”, do not enter “M Ali Khan” or “Ali Khan”. Copy it as shown. Capital or small letters usually do not matter, but missing or extra words can.

Changing your Easypaisa number later
Many platforms lock the bound account after it is saved, so that stolen accounts cannot redirect withdrawals. If you see no edit button, contact customer service inside the app, from your logged-in account, and ask to change the bound wallet. Expect them to ask why and to confirm details. This is a security step, not a problem.

Name mismatch
The name entered does not match Easypaisa. Correct it or ask support to update it.
Inactive number
The SIM or wallet is inactive. Use an active, verified account.
Wallet limit reached
Easypaisa has monthly receiving limits by account level. Upgrade your level or use JazzCash.
Someone else's wallet
Withdrawals to a wallet not in your name are often held. Bind your own.
